Ingredients:
1 cup fresh turmeric root, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup fresh ginger root, sliced
4 cups purified water
Juice of 1 fresh lemon or lime
2–3 tbsp raw honey or coconut water
Optional: 1 cinnamon stick or 2 cloves (for warming depth)
