Acknowledgement and Acceptance
The Thai Foot Spa (ABN: 20 144 916 156) also trading as Spa. Asian. Home. (SAH) owns the website www.thaifootspa.com.au. By accepting these Terms and Conditions (given use of the Terms) or using the Website, you represent and acknowledge that you are over 18 years old and you have read and understood them and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are purchasing items through the Website, you agree that these Terms apply to each order you place.
If you enter into these Terms on behalf of another entity, you do so representing that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The Terms may be updated by us from time to time. Your continued use of the services and Website will amount to acceptance of any updated Terms.
Using the Website
All our users are responsible and legally liable for their activity, behaviour, use of and conduct on Thai Foot Spa website.
Online SAH Orders
*Full Payment for SAH products must be made at the time of purchase.
The Thai Foot Spa reserves the right to decline or accept orders made through The Thai Foot Spa website, and from time to time, we may need to restrict the quantity of specific goods.
*SAH Homeware Products are dispatched from the warehouse every Tuesday and Friday between 10am and 3pm. Your product will be delivered by Australia Post approximately 2 – 7 days from date of dispatch.
*SAH Heavy/Bulky Furniture items are dispatched from the warehouse every Tuesday and Friday between 10am and 3pm. Your product/s will be delivered by The Van That Can approximately 1-2 days from date of dispatch.
*The Thai Foot Spa reserves the right to nominate the day of delivery of the SAH goods, which will be performed at a mutually agreed time, and all reasonable endeavours will be made to ensure this occurs.
*If a SAH product is out of stock and we are unable to fulfil your order, we will refund you the price of the SAH product.
*It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address, contact number(s) and email address are provided to The Thai Foot Spa / Spa.Asian.Home. The customer must inform The Thai Foot Spa of any issues, difficulties or specific requirements associated with the delivery of the products. When delivered to a building, the product will be delivered to the ground floor only.
*It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details when purchasing from us. If you have entered an incorrect address, we are not obliged to resend orders to the correct address.
*Someone aged over 18 must be present and able to accept the SAH product delivery at the delivery address supplied by the customer unless otherwise authorised. The Thai Foot Spa reserves the right to nominate the day of delivery of the SAH goods to be performed within a mutually agreed timeframe, and all reasonable endeavours will be made to ensure this occurs. Unforeseeable circumstances may impact delivery within the agreed timeframe.
*Changes to delivery times or cancellations by the customer within 12 hours prior to the arranged delivery time will incur a minimum cancellation fee of $10.00 inclusive of GST. Risk and liability in goods passes to the customer at the time of delivery of the SAH goods to the nominated address.
*We use standard encryption (Stripe) to keep your personal information secure throughout the payment process. We do not store your credit card or bank information. We will not be liable for any damages or losses caused if a member’s card is used fraudulently.
Spa.Asian.Home. Pricing
*All prices listed on The Thai Foot Spa website are in Australian Dollars.
*All prices on the website include all applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
*All prices on the Spa. Asian. Home. section of The Thai Foot Spa website are subject to change without notice.
*Prices for items on your order are fixed once your order has been confirmed.
Thai Foot Spa Gift Certificate
We currently do not supply gift certificates for Spa. Asian. Home. products. Thai Foot Spa Gift Certificates are only available for The Thai Foot Spa treatments and pamper packages. Your purchase, activation, use or attempted use of a Thai Foot Spa Gift Certificate constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. When you purchase a Thai Foot Spa Gift Certificate you should ensure the recipient of the Thai Foot Spa Gift Certificate is aware of these Terms including the expiry date of the Thai Foot Spa Gift Certificate.
When you purchase a Thai Foot Spa Gift Certificate you nominate the amount you want to put on the card. You are unable to purchase more gift certificates by using an existing gift certificate.
When purchasing Thai Foot Spa Gift Certificates, we will also collect personal information about you. We will create an account in the name of the cardholder which will be linked to the unique reference number of the card. The information we collect will include the cardholder’s name, email, address and contact number.
Thai Foot Spa Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, nor can Thai Foot Spa Gift Certificate balances be transferred to a new Thai Foot Spa Gift Card.
Dispatch & Delivery
It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details when purchasing from us. If you have entered an incorrect address, we are not obliged to resend orders to the correct address.
Refunds
If a SAH product refund is required, it will be credited to the same credit account you used to purchase the goods.
