Spa.Asian.Home. Products:
All purchases and transactions made through our online store are safe and secure. We use the Stripe payment gateway to ensure all online transactions are processed through a secure gateway and we implement a SSL certificate throughout the entire checkout process so all communication is encrypted. We do not store any Credit Card details on-site of any transactions to further protect our customers’ sensitive details.
After you have placed your online purchase you will receive confirmation by email with all your order details.
We stock a small selection of homewares at our James Street spa but we don’t stock a full range. Our larger items such as our wicker chaise, chairs, Asian privacy screens and sandstone statues are the same as those you will see in constant use in our spa.
We do not keep online purchases at our James Street spa, however you are welcome to arrange pick-up from our SAH warehouse which is located only 1km from James Street. Please call The Thai Foot Spa on 07 3852 4544 to arrange a collection time. Pickup is every Tuesday and Friday from 10am to 5pm.
All orders must be paid for before collecting them from the warehouse. The Thai Foot Spa is not liable for any damage that may occur once the SAH goods have been collected from the warehouse.
No. There is no minimum dollar amount required for online purchases. Each product is packaged individually.
We accept the following methods of payment – Credit Card Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We do not provide gift certificates for SAH products; you can purchase gift certificates for The Thai Foot Spa treatments.
Yes, we ship all SAH products (excluding heavy or bulky items) around Australia using Australia Post. The larger, heavier items are the SAH wicker chaise, the Asian mahogany privacy screen, the Crescent chair, the Happy Talk chair and Menera floor lamp. These items will be delivered by third party delivery company, The Van That Can to Brisbane CBD and suburbs only.
What happens if I am not at home when the goods are delivered?
We use Australia Post to ship all online purchases. If no one is at the address indicated on the purchase order, then Australia Post will leave your order in the best possible location. If there is no secure location, then Australia Post will leave a card to notify you that the parcel has been taken to your local Post Office for collection.
Typically, your order should arrive between 2 – 7 days depending on location.
Our furniture items are handcrafted and solid; they do not come in a flatpack. To ensure safe delivery, we use The Van that Can to transport SAH furniture. Furniture is delivered to the ground floor of the address stipulated on your order. Please be aware shipping of heavier, solid items such as furniture may take longer depending on your location. Orders are collected and dispatched from our warehouse on every Tuesday and Friday.
We are happy to ship SAH homewares for delivery to family or friends in Australia but at this stage we do not accept orders for shipping outside Australia. Delivery of heavier, bulky items such as furniture is currently restricted to Brisbane. If you are uncertain whether you can have your furniture delivered to your location please contact The Thai Foot Spa to confirm before placing your order.
Yes and No depending on the order. We do include the invoice but if the product is a gift and you have requested that the invoice details are not included then we will ensure the invoice is not included.
Yes. When you item is dispatched we will send you the tracking number. Simply log onto the Australia Post website, enter the tracking number and save the item to your MyPost track list. From there, you can manage your notifications.
No, we don’t. As our products are handmade we have a limited supply of each item. Our products are not mass produced in factories, they are made by local artisans throughout south-east Asia.
Our SAH products are responsibly sourced and crafted from eco-friendly, sustainable materials such as bamboo, rattan, seagrass and water hyacinth. Our basket ware, SAH chaise and bags are handwoven. Our timber chairs and privacy screens are made from teak and mahogany. Please note that all sizing of products on the website are approximate. As each item is handcrafted there will be slight variations in size.
Yes. Our lights, such as our floor lamp and hanging lights, are wired to meet Australian standards.
Our SAH products have been personally sourced by The Thai Foot Spa owner and founder, Belinda Sidwell. All products are handmade and therefore no two items are identical which adds to their appeal and artisanal quality. Naturally occurring variances in the product such as minor cracks in timber, colour variations and solder marks on metal objects are part of the character of the handmade products and are not deemed as product faults. We are proud of the SAH range, the quality and craftsmanship and hope that you enjoy them too. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase we are happy to review your request for a refund, return or exchange. Please see our Returns Policy below:
Return for Damaged Good/s or Change of Mind
Upon receipt of your purchased goods we ask that you check them and advise us immediately if there are any issues or you have a change of mind. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and follow up with a photo and details of the fault or damage to the good/s to info@thaifootspa.com.au Once a return is approved we will arrange for the product/s to be collected. Credits or replacements will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you have any questions prior to purchase, please email info@thaifootspa.com.au. A credit refund or product exchange may be offered depending on the reason for change of mind within 7 days of delivery. The credit does not include shipping/return costs for exchanged items. A 20% restocking fee will apply if goods are not returned in their original packaging. Refunds are made once the goods have been returned and in original condition.
