These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, promotions, and treatments made with The Thai Foot Spa. By making a booking, redeeming a promo code, or purchasing a treatment, you agree to be bound by the following Terms:
Bookings and Payment
Bookings can be made by phoning The Thai Foot Spa or online via our website.
To secure a booking made through our official website full payment is required at the time of booking. One day prior to your booking a text will be sent requiring you to confirm your appointment.
Promotional Codes and Subscriber Discounts
Promo codes must be entered at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Subscribers may receive exclusive promo codes entitling them to additional discounts. These codes are non-transferable and for personal use only.
Only one promo code may be used per booking, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Promo codes have an expiry date, which will be stated at the time of issue. Expired codes will not be honoured.
Discounts apply only to the treatment(s) specified and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. To respect both our guests and our therapists, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations, rescheduling or changing your spa bookings are free of charge if made 24 hours in advance. A credit card number is required at the time of booking to secure your spa appointment. If you fail to show for your appointment without 24 hours notice the total treatment cost will be charged to your credit card.
Gift Cards
Gift cards and E-Gift Cards have a 3 year expiry from date of purchase.
Standard cancellation policy applies.
These cards are not redeemable for cash.
If price increases occur the difference in cost must be paid by the gift card holder at the time of redemption.
Arrival and Late Attendance
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid inconveniencing other guests. No partial refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
Medical Conditions and Suitability
Guests must inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect their treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments for health and safety reasons.
Treatments provided are for relaxation and wellness only and are not a substitute for medical care.
Amendments
The Thai Foot Spa reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of booking will apply to your appointment.
